Shipping Info

I offer free shipping on orders over $100. All other orders ship for a flat rate of $10.

The majority of my items are made by me, in Sitka. I also utilize a drop-shipping company to sell some products, as well. Due to this, if you purchase multiple items from my website, they may arrive in different shipments. Drop ship items do not ship from Sitka and are not eligible for local delivery. Apparel is made to order and will be printed in 3-5 business days and shipped within 7-10 business days to the address provided at checkout.

At this time, I only ship within the United States. If you live outside of the US and want to purchase something, contact me.

Return Policy

I want you to love your order! However, if for some reason you don't, I am more than happy to accept returns for store credit & exchanges up to 7 days from the delivery date. Please see below for full eligibility.

PLEASE NOTE: Store credit will be issued for all returns. I do not give refunds to the original form of payment. Store credit does not expire.

Before starting a return or exchange, please make sure to read the full policy below:

What items are returnable:

  •  Unused, unworn and unwashed items

  •  Items in original packaging with tags intact (if applicable)

What items are non-returnable:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Discounted, sale, or final sale items

  • Gift cards

I will NOT accept any returns initiated after 7 days from delivery. Please keep track of the date of your delivery and the eligible return window to avoid any issues with being able to return/exchange your order.

How to begin your return:

  • Go to the Contact page.

  • Include your full name, order #, and reason for returning your item(s).  

  • Once your request is approved, you will get an email with shipping instructions, return confirmation and store credit confirmation.

Return shipping is to be paid by the customer. I do not offer free return shipping, unless there was a mistake in shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: Once approved for a return, it must be sent back within 5 calendar  days. In addition, the item(s) must be new, unworn and not washed. If the return is shipped back later than 5 days and/or looks visibly worn, washed or smells like smoke or other fragrances, I won't be able to accept the return and no refunds will be given. If we are unable to accept a return, you are responsible for arranging return shipping.

Please allow 3-5 days for your return to be processed once received back.

Once your return has been processed, you will then be sent an email containing confirmation.

Exchange Policy:

Need a different size or want a different color? I currently offer exchanges for size and/or color for any same item from your order. One-of-one items are not included in the exchange policy. If you would like to exchange one design or item from your order for a different design or item, please follow the instructions above to return for store credit towards a new purchase.

I encourage you to double-check sizing charts and product details before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, you're eligible for a free reprint or a full refund. To resolve this:

  1. Submit the issue via Contact page

  2. Provide your full name, order #, and description of the damage or defect

  3. Contact me within 7 days of product delivery
